Definitely you will need before, dnirug, and after photos. You can include pounds lost to date for each time. You can make up some type of scale, and keep track of your weight on that. You may be able to find weight loss stickers. You could definitely find stickers that can say stuff like way to go, keep on working, good job, stay on track, and stuff like that as encouragement to keep on going. They would be great motivation. You could even journal what you have cut out of your diet, or list the healthy things that you have added to your diet. Best of luck to you!

Aww how cute! A couple of frdenis of mine met her at a WWF (I refuse to refer to it as WWE on principal because I'm a complete nerd like that) event a few years back and they said she's a complete sweetheart. Hung out, took pictures with them, signed autographs for them, and then thanked them for being fans. Super nice girl from what I've heard.My own WWF totally geeking out experience happened when I got to meet Mick Foley at a theme park, of all places! I'm still pissed that I didn't have any film left in the disposable camera (this was around 10 years ago, before I could afford a digital camera) I had brought with me, but I did get his autograph. Coolest guy in the World, and funny as hell, to boot! Damn my non-existent digital camera from 10 years ago! lol Glad to hear that you grew a pair and actually took that second shot.

There is a critical need for support right now to get material from India to render the nuclear waste in meltdown mode in those four Fukushima reactors inert, no time to bleed now. If we sit on our thumbs too long on this one, we will all be bleeding from radiation soon enough from the fallout if the melt down material drops into the groundwater, causing hydrogen blasts that will throw nuclear waste sky high into clouds that will carry it for a long time, dropping fallout on all countries.
